There is a moment at every well-produced event where everything clicks into place. The crowd is engaged, the energy is high, and whatever is happening on stage feels bigger than it would in any other setting. More often than not, a well-placed LED screen is a big part of why.

LED screen hire has become one of the most requested elements of event production across the North East, and it is easy to understand why. Whether you are running a festival, a corporate launch, a sports event, or an outdoor cinema night, the right screen does not just display content. It shapes the entire atmosphere of the space. We have seen it firsthand at events across the region, and it is one of the services we are most proud to offer.

Both days sold out, the sun came out, and hundreds of families spent their weekend exactly as a summer weekend should be spent.

Hiring a festival stage for the first time can feel like a big unknown. There are a lot of moving parts, a lot of questions to ask, and a lot of suppliers promising the world. Knowing what the process actually looks like, and what separates a smooth experience from a stressful one, makes a significant difference to how your event comes together.

Underneath the headline rate increase of 2.48%, operational demands now appear to outpace revenue tailwinds, but is that really the case? In this month’s Annova Advantage, we break it all down for you.
